This episode explores the why behind the length of time required for this immersion training. While many of us in the training are seasoned bodyworkers, this lens we are learning to look through is quite different than what we've previously been taught. We are thinking about the body as a series of relationships. We are pondering the bodies amazing alternation between rotational and hinge joints, we are learning to read gait patterns and to see into the body without an x-ray machine. We also share our gratitude for our teachers and mentors throughout this process. Tom Myers of Anatomy Trains has a storied career and has been a most patient, excellent and generous teacher throughout this process.
