Burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, feeling like you’re barely keeping up - what if one intentional hour a week could start changing everything?
In this episode of The Debrief with Staci & Ruthie, Ruthie puts Staci in the hot seat after watching her speak at a women’s wellness event.
When the topic of box breathing unexpectedly came up before Staci’s talk, it rattled her a little — but it sparked an important conversation afterward:
What actually IS nurse coaching?
Because a lot of people hear the term and assume it's therapy, fitness coaching, or some kind of intense wellness program.
It’s not.
Nurse coaching is about pausing long enough to zoom out and look at the whole picture of your life... your stress, sleep, nutrition, relationships, mindset, and purpose... THEN making small, realistic changes that create real momentum.
In this episode we talk about:
• what nurse coaching actually is
• how it’s different from therapy or traditional health coaching
• why burnout happens in helping professions
• how small weekly shifts can create huge life changes
• why investing in yourself matters (especially for moms and caregivers)
• the ripple effect of healing yourself first
Ruthie also shares how nurse coaching helped her:
• reduce anxiety and burnout
• improve communication with her family
• build healthier habits
• and ultimately launch her nonprofit supporting first responders.
Sometimes all it takes is one hour of intentional space each week to start reconnecting with yourself.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, burned out, stuck, or like you’ve lost yourself in the chaos of life - this conversation is for youuuuu!
