While pursuing her Master's degree, Jacqueline van den Ende founded her first company, De Kleine Consultant, a non-profit, student-run strategic consultancy. After graduation, she joined the private equity company HAL Investments and stayed there for 3 years until she was approached by Rocket internet in 2013 to start as a real estate investment platform, Lamudi, in the Philippines. She managed to create the leading online real estate website in the region, with over 90,00 properties, 1,500 brokers and developers. Later she started working as the CEO of TrueMoney - a fintech scale-up with a mission to enable access to affordable financial services and there she learned a lot of important lessons on how to be a good leader. Since 2019 she is back in the Netherlands and working as a partner at Peak Capital, a European venture capital fund, that is focused on fast-growing early-stage marketplace, data, and SaaS companies.
