I just had the most amazing experience at this event calles Pays to be Brave and my biggest takeaway is that if you're building a business and a personal brand you have to show up as yourself. You've gotta be as real as you possibly be, because only then will you attract the right kind of people. Only then will you build a community and tribe of like minded women. Which is what we all want right?
