Finding someone to hire and bring onto a team can feel like a struggle and a big hurdle to overcome. We get it we have been searching for the right person for this position for over a year!

After posting an ad on Indeed with over 120+ applicants, Amber and Sasha took the time to look at things and plan out a way to go through all of the applicants while not feeling overwhelmed. It was a blast meeting all of the amazing candidates, and it's extremely important to not only have the vibes match those of everyone on your team but what it is that you and your company need moving forward.
