Come and join us and celebrate the 120th episode of Comic Talk NL. Not only was this one recorded in the Podcast Studio of Exbia, it also has a special guest. And that’s the reason why this is the first 100% English/American sounding podcast of Comic Talk NL. Well, kinda, because we decided to do the segment Nederlandstalige Niet Te Missen in Dutch.
But let’s talk about the guest, you say. Chad Bilyeu is from Cleveland but also from Amsterdam. He’s a graphic artist and the writer of the fantastic graphic novel Chad in Amsterdam. In Comic Talk NL he talks about this cool book, his work, dreams and comic reading habits. Chad also presents the Hidden Gem, and it’s a real hidden one.
The two Jeroen’s of the show dive deep in the Strip Hommage of the late great Eric Scheurs. One of the coolest and best tribute books in the Netherlands and beyond. Next to that you’ll here the Moet Je Hebbens and Wat Hebben Wij Gelezen Afgelopen Week.

Wie zijn wij?
Jeroen is popculture journalist en schrijft over strips, games, film en muziek. Daarnaast werkt hij een dag in de week in dé comic zaak van Amsterdam; CIA.
Médard verdiende zijn sporen als verkoper bij stripzaak Go Joker, studeerde aan de kunstacademie en werkt nu als kick-ass motion graphic designer.
Jeroen II is in het dagelijks leven webdeveloper maar op Instagram bekend als Striplezer. Hij leest meestal Nederlandstalige strips en graphic novels, maar begint ook langzaam steeds meer in de wereld van comics te duiken.
