Participate in the drama of life. We celebrate Paul's 1 year sobriety and he gives us a few words on it. Saying "yes" to everything. Moving from a constant state of disturbance into a state of peace. Keep moving forward. Trying to control the day. The danger of reacting compulsively to discomfort.  "I'm not okay and it's not okay". Moving through the drama with levity.
