• 1 Oz. cognac
• 1 Oz. spiced apple cider
• Champagne or Prosecco
• Rosemary or Thyme

Combine Cognac and Cider in shaker with ice and shake.

Pour over into champagne or wine glass

Top with champagne or prosecco of choice.
