Kathy McCarthy – Kathy McCarthy serves as Vice President, People at EnviroServe. She brings more than 25 years of people leadership in health care, services, manufacturing & construction. Most recently with a division of Tremco, Kathy led Organizational Effectiveness. She earned a BA in Business Management from Ursuline College & loves to travel, watch Ohio State football, listen to live music, read & work on projects around the house. Kathy & Jim, her significant other live in Aurora, Ohio. She is based at Greater Cleveland.
