Authenticity is one the guiding values that I really try to live by at home, at work, in my relationships and beyond. I know that when I'm living authentically that everything seems to be more natural and more aligned but does everyone experience a sense of authenticity? Maybe not. So how can we approach this intention to make it real, give practical examples of ways to proactively improve our sense of self-awareness, and help us make decisions that are aligned with your core values and beliefs?
