Lane Kennedy is a mindfulness teacher, yoga instructor, mother, wife, and former fashion model. She discusses growing up in San Francisco as an oldest child with hippie parents, living on a bus, and having an all-around dysfunctional household. Lane also talks about moving to L.A., becoming a model, and discovering she liked men and women at a time when sexuality was very taboo. She also goes into getting sober, having an eating disorder, and moving to Thailand.
