It's the time of year where many of us go on holidays. There are also many of us who suffer with mental health issues on a regular basis
I decided to release my best examples and advice around what it's like to go on a holiday despite suffering from depression, ADHD and anxiety
When thinking about recording this episode, the following questions came up and I felt the need to answer them from personal (and recent) experience:
Do mental health issues simply just go away when you're on holidays?
What are the best ways to look after your mental health when you're on holidays and should it be a priority?
Are we going to be a burden on those around us?
Some of these may sound very foreign to you, however I know many will relate in some way, shape or form
For those who don't suffer and for those who do, you'll get a lot out of this one - trust me
Much love everyone,
MG
