✨ Redecorating her space.
✨ Recreating the structure that she needs to feel like she can manage the unknown even though she knew it's impossible

Some advice to people who have friends who are experiencing PTSD:
✨ Being open to listening to their stories and what they feel.
✨ Make them feel that it's okay to talk about it and don't need to be ashamed of what happened.
✨ Turning towards them without judgment.
✨ Helping them feel surrounded and loved was really key.
✨ Be sensitive with the words coming out of your mouth to prevent them from being hurt.
✨ Don't worry about what to say, just listen to them and make them feel that you are there for them. Just let them talk about it.
