The idea of perfectionism has been coming up a lot lately so I wanted to talk about it here. So often we allow perfection to keep us from starting something or to quit when we feel like we're not good enough. But when we do this we rob ourselves of so many opportunities. So today I'm sharing 5 tips that I use to overcome perfection and do the damn thing. 

  1. Make sure you're making conscious deciosn and that you're aware of your unconscious beliefs
  2. Give yourself a pep talk like you would if your kids had the same issue
  3. Think of all the opportunities you'll be robbing yourself of if you quit
  4. Track your progress so that you can look back and see how far you've come and celebrate the shit out of that
