Women’s nutritional and fitness needs are different. While there are indeed some incredible female bodybuilders going for significant muscle mass gains, most of us have other goals. And that leaves women with a lot of questions. In this episode, I answer the following questions:

  • Why is protein intake so important?
  • How much protein should I be eating?
  • Will too much protein make me bulky or fat?
  • Should I try a protein shake?
