Work-life balance is all the rage right now.

However, I think it’s a fallacy.

Instead of work-life balance, I like to simply call it harmony in my life.

That’s really the goal, isn’t it? To mold our businesses and our lives around the things that are most important to us? To maintain harmony through all of the different seasons we go through?

I get questions from business owners all the time on how to do this.
