Danielle's journey as a mother of five and former Head Start/elementary school teacher along with the traumatic passing of her second son during childbirth sent her on a spiritual and transformational path. Hitting rock bottom and overwhelmed in grief, she was led to ask herself “Where is Love?”

The 2 whimsical books connect together to form a brilliant giant rainbow heart which reminds us to always look for the positive qualities that life offers, while teaching children that love can be found in both obvious as well as obscure places. 

Danielle has had the pleasure of performing her books in a wide variety of schools, libraries, mom's groups and for charitable organizations. The books show that love is a universal concept no matter what culture or creed and have a calming effect on children. She has used them in meditations where children become the characters and relate how they feel through the illustrations.
