Clay owns a real estate development company that has flipped and developed over 2,000 houses in the San Antonio, El Paso and the Fort Worth areas.   

Clay also stumbled into an incredible business developing cell phone towers in Puerto Rico. He's goes into detail of how that venture unfolded.   

His two sons are both working in the family business while his wife is the property manager of their management company. Clay truly is a real estate mogul in West Texas.
