Notes:- The full comprehension of love is only possible by those who know Jesus- Adam in the garden put in the role of leadership/headship- The kindness of God gave everything to them except the fruit from one tree- A man leaving father and mother... is not physical or relational but positional. The welfare of the wife becomes the man’s priority. One man, one woman forever- Eve’s conversation with the serpent... listened to a voice to doubt the goodness of God- Adam blamed Eve (and God); Eve blamed serpent... story of planting Christmas tree without a root ball. We need to take responsibility for our own actions- There are consequences to sin but Jesus gave us hope- The sacrifice of an animal to cover man; Jesus’ sacrifice to cover sin- The life outside of Eden is not the life God intended for us- Eden was not destroyed; eternal life is to be restored- Eve means “giver of life”- There is power in the Spirit. Spirit filled people sing, are thankful, submit and love others more than themselves- Christ loves us, wants our love and for everything we do to be motivated by love
