When we're feeling like shit or feeling stuck it's EASY to feel sorry for ourselves or to wish we were further along than we are right now. But I encourage you to look back instead of looking ahead. In what ways are you different today than you were back then? THAT is something to be proud of, something worth celebrating.  I know it doesn't come easy to you to recognize your growth so let this be your reminder.
