For 13 years, I’ve been coaching people in nature both in and around London and delivering mindfulness programmes to foster healthy and resilient companies and organisations. I’m an accredited master coach, life and leadership coach, accredited mindfulness teacher and supervisor.

I’m a member of the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring, the Association for Coaching and the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA).
