We had a fabulous conversation with Eileen Seah. She is an experienced and dedicated Executive Coach and Organizational Psychologist. Eileen coaches employees and managers to be their best and focuses initially on having them simply understand themselves. This may sound easy, but in practice it takes a fair amount of effort and expertise. We touched on a multitude of interesting topics, including ‘Does authority come form your title or vice versa?’, creating a work culture that encourages employees to want to come to work as opposed to having to come to work. Eileen believes that Coaching is an important and vital part of career development and maintenance.
