Connecticut will be receiving heavy rain, wind and fog on Christmas Eve into Christmas, according to meteorologist Brad Field. In his latest podcast with co-host Dan Lovallo, Field notes that power outages are possible, along with dense fog, as snow pack melts. The standing water could turn to ice on Christmas afternoon.
