In this episode of Transformation Thursday, Amy Stephens welcomes to the podcast Karen Rodriguez an Ithaca, New York based filmmaker and the sister of Transformation Thursday Podcast Network's General Counsel Emeritus, Francesca Rodriguez. Karen explains how she dealt with Francesca's coming out and Francesca adds her viewpoint of how she managed the process with her sister and other family considerations. In the second half of the interview Karen discusses the documentary film project she is working about Amy as she returned to referee ice hockey last season after taking two years off to deal with her transition related goals.
