A Brothers' Creed

#122 Loyalty vs Betryayal - An attribute to build your creed on

Listen Later

On this episode of A Brothers' Creed Podcast we talk about the attribute of Loyalty and the contrasting action Betrayal. We discuss how powerful it is to have someone in your corner that is loyal to you. Jared shared two stories of loyalty; one Japanese soldier Hiroo Onoda who continued to survive and fight in the jungles of the Philippines from WWII in 1945 to 1974 and only surrendered when his commanding officer came to relieve him of his post. Jared also shared the story of the legendary Black Knight of Poland who is known for his loyalty and honesty even after 600 years since his passing. Ethan shares a contradicting story of betrayal of Julius Caesar by Brutus. We then discuss loyalty and how in some cases it can be taken advantage of by those who do not reciprocate that loyalty.

Add this attribute into your personal creed and be a better man today.
