Lena Weigele is the Head of Supply Chain Performance Europe for WernerCo, the world's leading manufacturer of ladders and climbing equipment. Prior to obtaining this role, Lena worked in several leading global positions in the area of supply chain and lean manufacturing in companies such as the AptarGroup, Ada Cosmetics International, and Hansgrohe. Lena is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as female empowerment and she does a lot of work in pushing this agenda as a member of the global steering committee and leader of the EMEA Chapter of the WernerCo Women's Inclusion Network.
