Ray Everest is the co-founder, alongside his wife, of Early Childhood Provider chain Future Focus which has rapidly grown to 6 day cares and more on the way.

Ray began his journey as a teacher, becoming a principal at 26, deciding it wasn't for him, and combined his love for education and kids, with his love for business.

It doesn't take a genius to hear the knowledge this man has when he talks, he is a truly inspiring, proud maori man, who will continue to change the way the education sector is run.
