His career began with building data centers and commercial constructions. However, after the dot-com crash, he shifted his focus to residential development.

Roger's journey led him to New York, where he worked for a large developer, focusing on multifamily and mixed-use projects. Throughout his career, Roger has been driven by a passion for finding unconventional solutions to construction challenges.
