Sianna is a wonderful human being and we have the honor of guiding mutual students that practice with both of us! It was really cool to connect with Sianna. We discuss shadow work and for me, it’s a pretty new concept. It’s very interesting; becoming aware of the different side of ourselves that may be neglected. When we shine light on that side, we become more intimate with that part of our being. Shadow work tends to have fear or uncertainty behind it – yet, our own power lives in our shadows when we uncover it. If we are not paying attention to shadow, if left unattended, it begins to run our lives. It’s important to show all parts of ourselves and be brave enough to be vulnerable.
