Today I'm speaking with Dillon Spicer and we are making some yoga mat spray with essential oils! Dillon Spicer, originally from Richmond, Va, received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University in Dance Performance & Choreography. After graduation, she moved to New York City where she had the honor to dance for numerous performing artists and companies, such as Microsoft, MTV’s TRL, Camille Trust, and Broadway Bares. Dillon always had a passion for movement and through fitness, she became a NASM CPT and ACE Fitness certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has been a trainer for Equinox, New York Sports Club, David Barton, 305 Fitness, and most recently Rumble Boxing and Training. She is also featured on Oculus FitXR fitness app and STUDIO at-home digital platform as a coach and programmer. Dillon produced her own personal fitness company entitled StraightUp with Dillon in November 2020 that focuses on combining fitness, mobility, and personal development. And in the rare moments she slows down, you can find her studying working on her doctorate of physical therapy.
