Today is a special edition of the podcast - I have taken a section of my live podcast recording with multiple gym owner and entrepreneur, Nicole Steffens, and am sharing it with you all today.  High energy, lover of life and inspirational, it is really hard to believe that Nicole is 23 years old - what she has achieved, some people won’t even dream of doing in their lifetime.  I was excited to pick Nicole’s brain and find out what it takes to be so successful at such a young age, and the struggles she faced too.  This was a deep and real chat on the journey and reality of starting your own business and how to live a life that fires you up.
