Cloudy and breezy this morning with drizzle around Duval. Temperatures are chilly but not overly cold. Conditions out there now hang around all day as temperatures stay steady around 60 degrees. While I don't expect periods of heavy showers (like yesterday), it may drizzle all day and the roads will stay damp. Breezy winds off the Atlantic will keep conditions rough at the beach. Rain increases this evening as scattered showers & storms will impact tomorrow. NE Florida may see strong storms tomorrow too.
