“Make decisions based on your values,” said Heather Williams. She is a Senior Program Manager at SAS, and she is a champion of what it means to persevere in the search for the right direction. Heather started as a biology major at NC State, intent on going to medical school. Realizing that family was a non-negotiable value for her, Heather made the change from the sciences to business. From a humbling entry level position, she worked her way up to recruiting to account management to program management, and now she enjoys a fruitful career at SAS.
