Joel Olson has been a teacher in British Columbia, Canada for 10+ years.   In August 2016, Joel moved to Rwanda to work with the Wellspring Foundation for Education as a technical consultant and education adviser.  He trains Rwandan school leaders & teachers, improving parent-teacher communication.
