Joel Olson has been a teacher in British Columbia, Canada for over a decade.  He has a Masters of Educational Leadership.  In August 2016, Joel moved to Rwanda to work with the Wellspring Foundation for Education as a technical consultant and education adviser.  He comes alongside Rwandan school leaders, trains teachers, and has significantly improved parent-teacher communication using technology in a Kigali school.
