Dr. Carol Remz holds a BS and master's in teaching from Cornell University and a PhD in Educational Technology from Catholic University of Washington, DC. Throughout her distinguished 40-year career, she designed and developed training programs for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, private businesses, and non-profits. Now, Dr. Remz dedicates her efforts to emploering post-menopausal women through her writing and advocacy.
