Callie Vinson has come a long way. After weighing an unhealthy 377 pounds and realizing she couldn’t walk a mile to brunch with her friends, she decided to make a change. She set up small goals for herself to begin to build momentum and started exercising and before long, she lost 200 pounds!  Fast forward about a decade, Callie is now an ultrarunner and she is training for Cocodona 250!
