Milwaukee’s 15th District Alderman Russell Stamper was initially proud of some of the small victories the city has had thus far. But then Sunday’s shooting which left 6 dead left him furious and fed up with violence in city. He is not running from this. He is talking about it and wants to be about it. Because we all have to be better as community.
