In this podcast conversation, we had the opportunity to speak with a software engineering student from Makerere University in Uganda. We discussed their background and journey into the field, explored the software engineering landscape in Uganda, and dove into technical discussions about their favorite programming languages, frameworks, and tools. We also delved into the role of software engineering in addressing societal challenges, such as digital transformation, e-government services, healthcare, agriculture, education, and environmental sustainability.
