Tim Winter, the Founder of Paradigm Homes, along with his wife Jen continue to "do for others", often what may appear to be beyond comprehension. To date, they've build over 60 homes for people that needed housing.

While his main business is building luxury custom homes in the United States, he is using his Pittsburgh grit and wholesome roots to help people in need.

He is a graduate of Penn State and launched his business when he was only 28 years old. He seeks to "get better" and improve ways of doing things, for his customers and his team.

Winter's passion for building, his established, transparent and proven processes, and his desire to go above and beyond for his clients form the core of Paradigm's values.
