Emily is a double world champion, worlds best time holder and one half of the current lightweight woman's double from Great Britain. Together with her partner Imogen Grant, Emily has taken the event by storm and is going to be a massive fixture on this year's rowing circuit. We got a chance to catch up with her post 2023 World Champs and chat to her about her journey so far.
