This week's episode covers three pipeline developments; a Temporary Restraining Order issued by the Michigan Circuit Court, halting operations of both East and West lines of the Enbridge Line 5 Pipeline; a ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit that FERC could not use tolling orders to eliminate judicial review of pipeline certificate decisions; and the release of a Grand Jury report on the impacts of hydraulic fracturing in Pennsylvania. This week's podcast also covers two developments from PA, a criminal complaint which was filed against Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation, and Josh Shapiro, the PA Attorney General, announced that Range Resources Corporation pleaded "no contest" for negligent oversight of well sites in Washington County.
