He graduated from Columbia Southern University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.  He is certified in Advance Leadership, Executive Leadership and Youth Mental Health First Aid.  Sylvester self-published the books A Quick Cure to Successful Leadership, Winning the battle within and The Compass. He is a phenomenal speaker who has empowered 1000's of people by helping them reach their goals, both personally and professionally.
