Jelena was born in Serbia, but currently lives in Barcelona, Spain.  In her interview, she tells about what it was like to see the empty shelves in the grocery stores, reminding her of her youth during the wars in Serbia in the 90’s.  She also compares and contrasts COVID restrictions in both places, and how the media missed a major COVID scoop on recent elections in Serbia.  Interviewed 20 October 2020.
