It’s been 15 years since I started teaching and I remember my experience when I was a first year teacher where I didn't really know what I was doing. Well, in today’s episode, I will be sharing about a few things that I would like to change if I could go back to being a first year teacher and maybe these things could help you first year teachers out there, or even give you an idea on how you can be a better teacher.
