Today’s episode was inspired by a powerful question and topic of discussion I heard from a podcast episode last year with Chris Williamson and Shaan Puri. In the episode Chris says “Who I am spending time with, is it dopamine, serotonin or cortisol?” The truth is that we are experiencing these hormones and feelings on a daily basis as we are striving towards our big aspirations or goals, yet we might not realize how they are affecting us and our ability to succeed. I am not an expert or trained in this field, however my goal is to share my experiences of becoming aware the effects of these hormones on my mindset. I’ll be leaving you with some actionable steps you can apply to increase your levels naturally and hope this sparks a desire to understand who you are spending your time with daily.
