1.) You have no boundaries, so you cross others boundaries and are typically completely unaware that you're doing it (ask me how I know) AND you allow yourself to be mistreated and/or walked on or over b/c you have no boundaries for yourself either.

2.) You don't know where you begin & end and where someone else begins and ends so you can get into codependent & very emotionally needy relationships that end up being very unhealthy.

3.) Unaddressed emotional issues don't get better over time, they actually compound. Everyone pays a price for your emotional unhealthiness.
