Pat and Alora start off the day talking about how should you live your life. Allowing your self to be judged by others or to be able to judge yourself.  Our conversation takes a dark turn but its a fun place to be. 
They also talk about Alora's emotional state and more specifically when she is playing a board game or to be even more specific if she wins or looses. There are emotions there and it can get intense.  Oh Feelings
