127 - FitTown's New Evolution to MOVE and BUILD

FitTown is making changes to its programming, shifting from BeachFit and FTX to Move and Build. The goal is to create workouts that enhance life rather than detract from it. The focus is on working out smarter, not harder, and finding a balance between challenging workouts and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The move program will remain largely the same, with a focus on keeping members moving for at least 24 minutes per class. The build program will have three strength-focused days and three conditioning-focused days per week, with benchmark tests every two weeks. The goal is to provide a strength and conditioning program that is suitable for all levels and helps members see sustained progress.
