Kayland Lamar is a Personal Development Coach who specializes in helping professional women create sustainable self-care systems that push them to show up for themselves consistently both inside and outside of the classroom. As an educator with 10+ years of experience, she has seen it all. Because of her own personal battle with burnout, she has developed a particular skill set that allows her to strategically support highly successful women as they navigate work-life balance.
As a Personal Development Coach, her goal has always been to equip high performing women with skills and strategies rooted in intentional self-care and meaningful boundary setting. Working with successful career women is Kayland's absolute passion and she believes that every woman deserves to prioritize their wellbeing unapologetically.
